Please utilise our size guides and feel free to email us if you require assistance with sizing. - Refunds are not allowed unless there is an item defect. - To file the claim please contact us and mention your order number, including an explanation of the issue. Defect claims must be filed within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. Any claims made outside of this time frame will not be accepted, with no exception. Order cancellation: You can cancel your order 24 hours after it has been purchased. Please note the shipping fee would not be refunded. - When cancelling duplicate orders, the first order will be kept and the duplicate order will be refunded.
